I just got back from Chicago yesterday and now I need to pack for Mexico! A week from today I will be flying all day to get there, tour a plant and return very late on Friday. That ought to put me behind in my homework! Wish me luck!

I am off to Chicago to attend a required course at Capella University.

School is kicking my butt! I am buried in a mountain of paperwork and I have a million places on my computer that I am supposed to be clicking. I need to get control of the situation and get organized (Ha, I thought I was organized!) so that I can survive.

Back to School Day One

Of course, everyone knows that the first day of class is not the beginning of the story. It takes may years of preperation to become this educated. The question at the end of the road will be “was it worth it.”

I could pontificate about how it is really about the journey; the quest for knowledge (Yadda, Yadda, Yadda) but, the truth for me will be that I did it for the money. A better question in the end will be “did it pay off.”

Of course, only time will tell.
